Role Summary
Responsible for Salesforce development, CI/CD implementation, release management, and deployment automation to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Integrations.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Azure DevOps/GitHub.
- Perform code reviews, deployment validations, release planning, and production deployments.
- Manage branching strategies, pull requests, environment governance, and rollback plans.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize release processes.
- Collaborate with business, QA, architects, and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and DevOps best practices, security, and coding standards.
- Required Skills
- Salesforce: Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- DevOps: Git, GitHub/Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Salesforce CLI, Release Management.
- Experience with deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, testing, and environment management.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Experience with SonarQube, JFrog, Copado, or automated release frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum and large-scale global Salesforce programs
