Role Overview
We are looking for a Flutter Developer with strong Flutter and Dart fundamentals and hands-on experience building reusable SDKs, component libraries, or Design Systems. The role focuses on reusable component architecture, UI quality, accessibility, testing, performance, API stability, and SDK lifecycle management.
Must-Have Skills
•Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, including widgets, layouts, constraints, rendering, animations, asynchronous programming, and state management.
•Hands-on experience building reusable Flutter packages, SDKs, component libraries, or Design Systems.
•Strong understanding of Flutter theming, design tokens, component architecture, and reusable API design.
•Experience with Flutter widget testing and golden or snapshot testing.
•Good understanding of Flutter accessibility, including Semantics, focus management, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader support.
•Solid understanding of Dart APIs, package architecture, dependency management, API design, and backward compatibility.
•Understanding of Flutter performance, widget rebuilds, rendering performance, and profiling or debugging with Flutter DevTools.
•Experience building responsive and adaptive UIs across different screen sizes and platforms.
•Experience with CI/CD and artifact management using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Firebase App Distribution, Artifactory, or similar tools.
•Experience with semantic versioning, package publishing, changelogs, and SDK release management.
•Strong understanding of Git-based development workflows, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Good to Have
Design System and Platform
•Experience with Figma,
Figma Code Connect, or similar design-to-code workflows.
•Experience with native Android and/or iOS SDK development.
•Experience working with large enterprise codebases and collaborating across engineering and design teams.
AI and Agentic Engineering
•Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
•Exposure to multi-agent or agentic AI workflows and development of reusable AI skills.
•Experience building or integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or tools.
Candidate Preference
Prioritize candidates with hands-on experience building reusable Flutter SDKs, component libraries, or Design Systems.Native mobile platform experience and AI or agentic development are valuable, while strong Flutter and reusable SDK or component-library expertise remain the primary selection criteria.
