About the RoleWe're looking for a Software Developer who enjoys working with existing codebases as much as building new features. You'll work directly with client products: understanding them, fixing issues, improving performance, and adding functionality. This is a great role for someone who likes variety, problem-solving, and client-facing technical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, maintain, and enhance clients' existing software products
- Debug issues, resolve production problems, and improve performance and stability
- Develop current features, integrations, and automation as required
- Review code, suggest improvements, and follow good engineering practices
- Write clear technical documentation for the code and systems you work on
- Communicate with clients and internal team members to understand requirements and share progress
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on their products





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong programming skills in at least one language such as [Python / JavaScript / Java / C#]
- Experience with web technologies, APIs, and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand code written by others
- Clear communication skills, written and verbal

Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of testing, CI/CD, and DevOps basics
- Experience supporting or maintaining production systems
- Exposure to industrial, enterprise, or SCADA/automation software
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-support environment
