Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and databases.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, server-side frameworks, and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to apply them to real-world codebases.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and cooperative development workflows.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently in a remote setting, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or front-end frameworks is a plus but not required.
