Designation: Society Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Society Manager with a relevant experience in commercial or industrial society management. The candidate should be well-versed in day-to-day society administration, maintenance, housekeeping, security management, and collection of maintenance charges.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations and administration of the society.

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility-related activities.

- Conduct regular rounds of the society premises and ensure that all areas are clean, safe, functional, and well maintained.

- Monitor and coordinate repairs, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other facility-related issues.

- Ensure proper deployment and discipline of security guards, housekeeping staff, technicians, and other support staff.





- Handle maintenance collection from members/occupants and maintain proper records.

- Issue maintenance receipts and maintain accurate documentation of collections.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for routine and breakdown maintenance.

- Attend to complaints and queries from society members/occupants and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain records related to maintenance, vendors, staff attendance, complaints, collections, and expenses.

- Ensure compliance with society rules, operational procedures, and safety standards.

- Report day-to-day issues and operational updates to the management/committee.

- Ensure the overall premises are maintained in a clean, protected, secure, and orderly condition.

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
