Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and socially driven professional to support our field and community initiatives. The role involves identifying and connecting with social-sector partners, building and maintaining relationships, extensive field engagement, and inspiring communities to develop and strengthen clusters in and around Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner Identification & Outreach: Identify relevant NGOs, social organisations, corporates, correctional facilities and community-based organisations for potential collaboration and programme opportunities.

· Relationship Management: Initiate contact, schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups and develop strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.

· Field Engagement: Undertake field visits across Mumbai and surrounding areas to identify opportunities, understand community needs and support programme implementation.

· Community Mobilisation: Engage with individuals and communities, create awareness about programmes and motivate participants to actively get involved.

· Cluster Building: Identify potential beneficiaries/groups and work towards building, motivating and strengthening clusters in and around Mumbai.

· Programme Coordination: Coordinate with partners,



field teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution of activities.

· Follow-ups & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with partners and field contacts, track progress, document activities and share updates with the team.

· Networking & Expansion: Develop new contacts and explore opportunities to expand the organisation’s outreach and presence across different communities and locations.

· Stakeholder Communication: Represent the organisation professionally during meetings, field visits and community interactions, ensuring clear and effective communication.

· Travel & Flexibility: Be willing to travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby areas and adapt to different field environments and community settings.

Qualifications & Skills

· Graduate in any discipline; preferably BSW, MSW, Sociology, Psychology or Social Work.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in the social sector preferred.

· Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi and English.

· Good computer skills and ability to use basic office applications.

· Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively for field work.

· Proactive, confident and comfortable working with diverse communities and organisations.

Pay: ₹16,520.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
