Role Description

This is a full time, on-site social media executive role based in Patna, Bihar .

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing Zystra’s social media presence across relevant platforms. The role involves planning content, coordinating with creative and internal teams, writing and ideating content, scheduling and publishing posts, engaging with audiences, and monitoring social media performance.

The ideal candidate should be creative, social media savvy, and a strong communicator , with a good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms.




- Coordinate with design and internal teams for content execution.
- Schedule and publish social media content.
- Monitor audience engagement and community interactions.
- Track social media insights and performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends and content formats.
- Contribute to brand building and digital visibility.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
- Good content writing and ideation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills .
- Creative thinking with an eye for engaging content.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic content creation tools .
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna .
- A degree/diploma in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field is preferred.
