About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing professional to manage and grow the brand's presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, execution, community engagement, and social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors, and influencers to create engaging content.
- Create briefs for reels, posts, stories, videos, and other social media formats.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, views, and leads.




- Identify opportunities to improve organic reach and audience engagement.
- Support influencer marketing and social media campaigns when required.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms, and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content planning and communication skills.
- Ability to understand brand tone and target audiences.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools is preferred.
- Ability to work with creative and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Background Candidates from consumer brands, D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, entertainment, real estate, fintech, agencies, or other consumer-focused businesses can be considered.
