Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and engage the target audience. Daily tasks include developing social media calendars, designing and marketing for campaigns, and publishing posts, stories, and reels.

The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and maintaining the social media calendar. The role involves creating marketing creatives for collection launches, sales, exhibitions, workshops, events and other brand activations,



while coordinating campaign assets with the external performance marketing agency.

The Social Media Marketing

Manager will also manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, collaborate with influencers and partners, support digital marketing initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all online channels.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing with experience managing brand pages on major platforms.

Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.

Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and visual communication tailored to diverse audiences.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals, including analytics, performance tracking, and basic advertising concepts.

Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Proficiency with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and basic design or editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is preferred.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
