SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN

XTREMEX is a growing Indian streetwear & lifestyle brand, and we’re looking for a Social Media Intern who understands Instagram, trends, Reels, memes and what actually makes people stop scrolling.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Founder and creative/marketing team to build XTREMEX’s social presence.

Role Details

- Position: Social Media Intern
- Location: New Delhi — On-Site
- Employment: Full-Time Internship
- Experience: 0–1 year
- Stipend: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month

What You’ll Do

- Manage XTREMEX’s Instagram and other social media platforms
- Ideate and execute Reels, Stories, Posts & campaigns
- Identify trending sounds, formats, memes and content opportunities
- Come up with fresh, organic content ideas that fit the XTREMEX brand
- Assist with content shoots and coordinate with creators/models
- Write captions and develop engaging social media copy
- Monitor content performance and identify what is working
- Research competitors, trends and streetwear content
- Work with the creative team on upcoming launches and campaigns
- Help build and maintain a consistent brand identity across social media

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of Instagram & Reels
- Naturally aware of current trends, memes and internet culture




- Creative thinker who can generate new content ideas
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proactive attitude — you don’t wait to be told every little thing
- Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, fitness or lifestyle is a bonus
- Previous social media/content experience is helpful but not mandatory
