About the Role

We're looking for motivated people to find and connect with university students who need academic support, using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook groups. You'll start conversations, explain our services and pass on qualified leads to our team. It's a remote, part-time role, and you choose when you work.

Key Responsibilities

- Find potential students through Facebook groups, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Start friendly, professional conversations and explain our services clearly
- Share genuine, qualified leads with our team for follow-up
- Post and engage on social media to attract student inquiries
- Use ChatGPT or Gemini to draft posts,



replies and messages quickly
- Reply to comments and messages promptly and politely

Requirements

- 12th pass or above (no degree required)
- Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or Gemini
- Positive written English and confident communication skills
- Honest, self-motivated and results-driven
- No prior experience needed, and we'll guide you

Working Hours 2–3 hours a day, on your own schedule. You don't need to work continuously. For example, work for 30 minutes, take a break or do your personal tasks, then continue later.

Earnings: 100% Commission Based

You earn a percentage of the revenue from your qualified leads every month:

- Up to ₹1 lakh in monthly revenue: 20% Commission
- ₹1 lakh to ₹2 lakh: 25% Commission
- Above ₹2 lakh: 30% Commission

Once you cross a slab, the higher rate applies to all your revenue for that month. For example, ₹1.5 lakh in revenue earns 25% on the full ₹1.5 lakh, which is ₹37,500. Slabs reset every month. Fast Payouts: A lead counts as qualified once the client pays the full project amount. Your incentive is paid at the same time, with no waiting until month-end.
