Club serves retailers, e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, restaurants, D2C brands, corporates, hospitals, and NGOs. Its product range includes compostable carry bags, courier mailers, garbage bags, stretch films, coated paper cups, and bamboo tissue, all designed to support a plastic-free future.

About the internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Plan and build the Instagram content strategy with the goal of growing the account from scratch.
- Research trends, formats, hooks and content opportunities relevant to sustainability, packaging, D2C brands and business audiences.
- Ideate, shoot, edit and publish Reels and other social media content consistently.
- Create Canva/Adobe-based graphics, carousels, stories and other visual content.
- Write engaging hooks, captions, CTAs and short-form scripts.
- Manage day-to-day Instagram activity, including posting, responding to comments and engaging with relevant accounts.




- Support marketing campaigns and other social-media-led growth initiatives.
- Track content performance and use learnings to improve future content.
- Maintain a pipeline of content ideas so the team is not dependent on last-minute content creation.

Other requirements• Strong creative sense and a valuable eye for what looks and feels good on social media.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, short-form content and current social media trends.
- Hands-on video editing ability using CapCut or similar software.
- Comfortable with Canva; knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- A marketing mindset: understand why a piece of content should exist, not just how to make it.
- Ability to independently take an idea from concept → creation → posting → learning.
- Willingness to experiment, test different formats and improve based on performance.
- Portfolio or examples of previous work are strongly preferred.
- A genuine understanding and interest in sustainability, especially sustainable packaging, composability and alternatives to conventional plastic, with the ability to communicate these concepts simply and creatively.
