About the Role

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead our digital presence. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end online marketing campaigns across all key social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Design, build, and run paid and organic social media marketing campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop high-performing social media calendars, copy, and engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Paid Ads Strategy: Manage ad budgets, target specific audiences, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI/ROAS.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign results, and produce actionable performance reports.
- Audience Engagement: Build and nurture our online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and feedback.
- Market Trends: Stay up to date with emerging digital trends,



algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience as a Social Media Specialist, Marketing Strategist, or similar role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in building, executing, and scaling successful online marketing and ad campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.), social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and analytics tools.
- Creative & Analytical Mindset: Strong copywriting and visual content skills balanced with data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
