About the Role

IKASLE BUSINESS GROUP is urgently looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen the online presence of multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
- Plan engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Write captions, post descriptions, hashtags, and campaign copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for quality content creation.
- Schedule and publish social media posts using Meta Business Suite and related tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interaction.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Research current trends,



competitor activities, and content opportunities.
- Support paid social media campaigns and promotions when required.

Requirements

- 1 to 2.5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent written communication and content-planning skills.
- Valuable understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and work within deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising is preferred.
