About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive to manage the social media presence and Meta Ads campaigns for one of our clients, RP2.

This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for someone who can independently handle social media management, Meta Ads, lead generation, and content coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms.
- Plan and coordinate monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the content/design team to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyse key metrics such as leads, reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
- Continuously optimise Meta Ads campaigns based on performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, features,



and best practices in social media and Meta advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and lead generation.
- Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite.
- Experience in managing business social media pages.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and make performance-based improvements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Valuable to Have
- Knowledge of content production and video/photo editing.
- Experience in creating and editing Reels and short-form videos.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Experience in content planning, shooting coordination, and creative production.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, and performance-oriented, with practical experience in Meta Ads and social media management. The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of campaigns as well as day-to-day social media activities.

Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
