We’re looking for a creative, hardworking and highly proactive Marketing & Social Media Associate who wants to be part of an early-stage startup and help build the brand from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys Instagram, Reels, creators, trends, campaigns, events and coming up with ideas that people actually want to share.

Role Description

As a Marketing & Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for building and executing Amendss’ digital and offline marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with the founding team to plan content, manage social media, develop creative campaigns, coordinate with influencers and creators, and execute marketing activities both online and offline.

Your responsibilities will include

Managing Amendss’ Instagram and other social media platforms on a day-to-day basis.

Creating and maintaining a social media content calendar covering Reels, posts, stories, campaigns and other content.

Developing creative Reel ideas, concepts, hooks and scripts that are relatable, entertaining and relevant to Gen Z and young adults.

Keeping up with Instagram trends, memes, formats, sounds and emerging content trends and identifying opportunities for Amendss.

Coordinating with influencers, content creators and micro-creators for collaborations, campaigns and brand integrations.





Building and maintaining relationships with relevant creators and communities.

Supporting the execution of offline marketing campaigns, college activations, events and brand experiences.

Brainstorming unconventional and engaging marketing ideas that can generate organic reach, downloads and brand awareness.

Assisting with influencer campaigns, PR initiatives, partnerships and collaborations.

Working with designers, videographers, editors and internal teams to get content produced and published on time.

Writing captions, campaign copy, communication material and other marketing content.

Helping create marketing collateral, campaign presentations and promotional material.

Tracking social media and campaign performance and identifying what content is working and what needs improvement.

Conducting basic competitor, audience and market research.

Supporting paid digital marketing campaigns and coordinating with performance marketing teams when required.

Ensuring Amendss maintains a consistent, premium and relatable brand identity across all communication.

What We’re Looking For

Creative mindset with the ability to constantly come up with fresh content and campaign ideas.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and Gen-Z content culture.

Valuable script-writing and copywriting skills.





Comfortable reaching out to and communicating with influencers, creators and potential collaborators.

Someone who understands that good social media is not just about posting — it is about ideas, storytelling, trends and community.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Hardworking, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Willingness to experiment, test new ideas and learn quickly.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights or similar tools is preferred.

Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.

Prior experience in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, events or startup marketing is an advantage.

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field is preferred, but practical experience and creativity matter more to us than a specific degree.

This is not a purely desk-based social media posting role. You’ll get the opportunity to work directly with the founding team and contribute to building a consumer brand from an early stage.
