Role Description The Social Media Manager role at ZoopUp is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to grow brand awareness and community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, managing social media calendars, and monitoring performance metrics.

Manager will interact with community members, respond to inquiries, collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns,



and stay current with trends and platform updates to continuously improve ZoopUp’s social presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messages.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to refine campaigns and report results.
- Proven experience in community management, audience engagement, and handling feedback in a professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and platform features, particularly for learn-and-earn or marketplace environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Lucknow.
