We’re defining a new category: Agentic Marketing—where autonomous AI agents execute meaningful marketing work under human direction and governance. We’re backed by leading investors, deployed at rapid-growing B2B companies, and moving quickly.

The Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Marketer to make Docket’s voice impossible to ignore. You’ll own social end-to-end—strategy, content production, distribution, and iteration—built around the reality that organic social is one of the fastest ways to build category trust.

This isn’t “post and pray.” This is a performance-minded social role: strong POV, repeatable formats, measurable lift.

What You’ll Own

- Channel ownership: Primarily LinkedIn (and X if we decide)—cadence, voice, growth

- Content system: Weekly themes, daily execution, creator-style formats, repurposing engine

- Distribution + amplification: Founder support, employee enablement, community hooks, partnerships

- Campaigns + moments: Social-first launches, challenges, series, “build-in-public” moments





- Performance iteration: Hooks, format testing, retention, CTR, follower growth, engagement quality

- Collaboration: Work with content/design/video to ship fast and consistently

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

- Consistent cadence + a recognizable Docket voice

- 3–5 repeatable formats that drive compounding growth

- Measurable increases in impressions, engagement quality, follower growth, and inbound interest
- A social workflow that doesn’t depend on inspiration

Requirements

Must-have

- 2–5 years running social for a brand (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)

- Strong writing + taste (contemporary, clear, not corporate)

- Ability to turn product and market insights into daily content

- Comfort collaborating with founders for voice + distribution

- Data-driven iteration (you track what matters)

Nice-to-have

- Founder-led brand experience

- GTM/RevOps/Sales audience fluency

- Community building, partnerships, or influencer collabs
