If you spend too much time on the internet, know why a reel worked before the views come in, and have strong opinions about what belongs on the feed — we should talk.
About Kiddo:
We are a kids QCommerce platform for parents. The journey started with us realising the use case of how much personalised is baby care and wellness, and that is what we are trying to build. We are based out of Noida and have recently raised a Pre-seed round.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Manager – Social Media who can turn internet culture, parent behaviour, trends and brand stories into content people actually want to watch, share and talk about.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build the social playbook : build and execute platform-first strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.
- Make people stop scrolling: Create reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels, reactive content and trend-led ideas that feel native to the platform.
- Keep your finger on the internet's pulse.
- Use AI as your creative sidekick Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for ideation, scripting,
research, captioning, experimentation and making workflows smarter.
- Work with the people making it happen.
- Know when the content is actually working, - track reach, engagement, audience behaviour.
Bring ideas, not just execution
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, and brand communication — agency or brand side.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and the broader creator ecosystem.
- Solid content instincts — you can tell the difference between something that's merely trending and something that's actually relevant to the brand.
- Ability to balance creativity, consistency and performance.
- Comfortable using AI tools to make your creative process faster and better.
- Experience working with creators, influencers or digital communities is a plus.
- Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, ideas and stakeholders.
