Role Description The Social Media Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content across platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing profiles and posts for performance, coordinating campaigns with the design and marketing teams, and monitoring analytics to refine content and posting schedules.

maintain a consistent brand voice, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align social media activities with broader marketing and business objectives. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to strengthen the company’s digital presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and adapt content that aligns with brand goals and audience needs.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and effective engagement with online communities.
- Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts, analytics tools, and performance reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing; agency or multi-brand experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an understanding of visual design principles and brand consistency.
