Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Manager role based in Trivandrum.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across key social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include managing posting calendars, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content performance through analytics. The role involves collaborating with design and marketing teams, developing platform-specific strategies, running social media campaigns,



and identifying trends and opportunities to grow audience reach and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging audiences and collaborating with teams.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills for planning and structuring campaigns and posts.
- Candidates should possess clear and adaptable Writing skills for captions, posts, and social copy.
- Experience managing brand accounts on major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is beneficial.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Trivandrum.
