Tinker Cubs is an early-learning brand making hands-on kits and workbooks for preschoolers in India. Our belief: Not Busy. Learning. While the category sells keeping kids busy, we build capable kids. We are a small team led by our founders, growing a consumer brand from scratch.

The Role

We are hiring a Social Media Intern to help run Tinker Cubs' social media. You will create content, suggest ideas, and see them go live, working closely with the founders. We want someone who brings ideas, not someone who waits for instructions.

What You'll Do

- Help run our Instagram page, with support on YouTube and LinkedIn
- Support the monthly content plan and keep it on schedule
- Script and produce reels and other short videos
- Write captions and hooks that Indian parents relate to
- Find and reach out to creators and parent influencers
- Reply to comments and DMs and keep our parent community active
- Track the numbers and share what's working

You'll Fit If You

- Are a student or a fresh graduate




- Spend a lot of time on social media and catch trends quickly
- Can shoot and edit on your phone, and are open to AI tools for content
- Can show us an account or page you grew yourself (personal ones count)
- Have a sense of humour and a feel for how Indian parents think
- Take initiative and see things through without being chased

Internship Details

- Duration: 3 months, extendable to 6 based on performance
- Hours: Part-time, 20 hours a week
