About Project Noon
We're building Project Noon, the next generation of sun control an end-to-end sun management system designed for life under the sun. Going beyond sunscreen, we're reimagining how people protect, manage, and recover from sun exposure through a holistic approach to sun care, spanning pre, during, and post exposure. The brand is being built as part of The Foundery, a venture-builder program by Nikhil Kamath, Kishore Biyani and Ronnie Screwvala.
About the Internship
We're looking for someone who can act as the bridge between our business and content agency, ensuring that content is planned, filmed, and delivered consistently. This person will work closely with the founders, internal team, and external agency to bring our content strategy to life.
Key Responsibilities:
> Content Production: Assist with filming content in the office, at external locations, and during offline events.
> Founder-Led Content: Coordinate and film founder-led content series, including interviews, conversations, and behind-the-scenes content.
> Agency Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the content agency.
> Content Calendar: Ensure the monthly content calendar and posting cadence are adhered to, with all content delivered on time.
> Content Planning: Gradually take ownership of setting the content calendar in collaboration with the business and the agency as the role evolves.
> Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external stakeholders, collaborators, creators, and other partners involved in content production.
> On-Set Support: Assist with shoot planning, logistics, and execution, including being present on sets when required.
> Content Review: Track content deliverables, coordinate feedback, and ensure revisions are communicated and completed.
> On-Ground Content: Capture content at events, activations, and other brand-related activities.
> Content library management: Organise and maintain a library of raw footage, edited videos, photographs, and other brand assets.
Shoot planning: Help prepare shoot briefs, shot lists, props, and schedules in advance.
> Publishing coordination: Ensure approved content is uploaded and published according to the calendar, if the agency isn't handling this.
