Role Description: The Social Media Intern role at Consciento Consultancy Services is an on-site internship based in Gurugram. The intern will support daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities include assisting in social media campaigns, monitoring engagement and analytics, and helping optimize content to reach target audiences.



The intern will collaborate with the team to translate complex psychological and organizational concepts into accessible digital content. The role also involves basic community management, staying updated on social media trends, and contributing ideas to strengthen Consciento’s online presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of online brand building.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including planning posts, writing captions, and aligning content with campaign goals.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Interest in psychology, organizational behavior, or human resources, and willingness to learn about workplace research and consulting.
- Basic familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram.
