About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage social media activities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and set up business pages on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, videos, and other content
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour
- Track and report reach, engagement, followers, and growth metrics
- Support campaign creatives and ensure timely posting
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and other team members
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients when required

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,



and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices
- Robust content writing and caption-writing skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to plan and manage content calendars independently
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
- Agency or multi-client experience is preferred
