Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities and create engaging digital content for an NGO.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media trends and be comfortable with content ideation, video shooting, reel creation, video editing, captions, and social media creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across relevant platforms.
- Research current social media trends, reels, formats, and content ideas.
- Plan and create engaging Reels and short-form videos.
- Shoot videos and reels for social media.
- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media platforms.
- Create basic social media creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
- Ensure content is posted consistently and on schedule.
- Monitor basic social media performance, including reach, views, engagement, and followers.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, events, and other digital content requirements.

Required Skills




- Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Strong interest in content creation and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
- Ability to create engaging Reels and short-form videos.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Ability to understand and adapt current social media trends.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned work.

Travel Requirement
- Must be comfortable travelling for content shoots, events, and other work-related requirements.
- Primarily based in Mumbai, with occasional travel for events and content shoots.

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience can apply.

Location: Borivali, Mumbai Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
