Social Media Executive On-site - Full Time - 0-1 year Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, and short videos
- Write engaging captions and basic ad copies
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Handle comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Work with designers and trainers to develop educational and promotional content
- Track performance and prepare simple reports (reach, engagement, leads)
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
- Support lead generation campaigns and promotions

Required Skills

- 0-1 year of experience in social media management
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms
- Good content writing and captioning skills
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads
- Ability to analyse insights and improve content performance
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite,



Canva, and scheduling tools

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Experience handling education or training institute accounts
- Basic video editing (Reels / Shorts)
- Knowledge of AI tools for content ideas and captions
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing basics
