We're looking for someone who is excited to create a lot of content. You'll write and shape several pieces every week across formats: LinkedIn posts, short scripts, Instagram content and whatever else the brief needs. Some will be sharp and quick. Someone who can keep up the pace to hit deadlines without fuss, and get better with every round of feedback.

What you'll actually be doing:

- Owning social platforms like it's your page: content calendars, narratives, positioning, growth.
- Working with design, video, and social teams to bring ideas to life across formats
- Tracking what's working, cutting what isn't, and always asking why
- Keeping a pulse on marketing trends so we're never the last ones to know

Must haves to be great in this role:





- A keen interest in and understanding of social, trends, marketing and how brands are built online
- Proven experience of 1yr in social and digital
- Prior working experience of these tools- Edits, CapCut
- A strong eye for quality social content

Nice to have skills in this role:

- Being able to work with partners and agencies and bring an idea together
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest perks and features of AI tools is critical
- Experience in creative production and working with advertising agencies.
