Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, writing and optimizing posts, coordinating with designers and other team members, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing social media marketing and SMO strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan and execute effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing and Communication skills to create transparent, compelling, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to help design and schedule campaigns across relevant online and offline channels.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and basic analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or social media role, preferably in an agency setting, is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
