Position: Social Media Executive

Experience Required: 1-3 years (Fresher profile are not applicable)

Location: Noida Sector 63 | Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning:

● Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.

● Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans for various social media platforms. ● Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

2. Content Creation & Management:

● Create engaging captions, content briefs, and creative ideas for social media posts.

● Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery of creatives.

● Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others.

3. Community Management:

● Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions across client accounts.

● Respond to queries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.

● Build and maintain positive online communities for client brands.

4. Client Coordination:

● Communicate with clients to understand requirements, gather approvals, and provide project updates.

● Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining quality standards.

● Handle multiple client accounts efficiently and meet deadlines.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

● Track key social media metrics such as reach,



engagement, impressions, and follower growth.

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

● Analyze competitor activities and recommend improvements for client strategies.

6. Collaboration:

● Work closely with the creative, content, SEO, and performance marketing teams to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Experience: 1–3 years of experience in social media management within a digital marketing agency.

● Skills:

1. Robust understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
2. Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
4. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work under deadlines.
5. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Basic knowledge of Canva, AI tools, and current social media trends is an added advantage.

Requirements:

- Immediate joiners only.
- Prior Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Must have a personal laptop, as we follow a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
