We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence and support lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest & YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create and coordinate posts, reels, stories, campaigns & digital creatives.
- Manage and monitor Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Conduct audience, competitor and market research.
- Track leads generated through social media and paid campaigns.
- Monitor key metrics such as Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPC, CPL and Conversions.
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams for marketing activities.
- Stay updated with social media trends, Meta Ads updates and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements




- Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite.
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation.
- Positive communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinking with an analytical approach.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, lead generation and advertising metrics.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of marketing activities.

Preferred: Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CapCut/Photoshop and experience in handling social media accounts or digital marketing projects. Pay: ₹14,357.81 - ₹20,000.00 per month
