Role Description The Social Media & Content Marketing Executive will manage Neowise’s online presence and support demand generation through strategic content and social media initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social channels, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints.

Daily responsibilities include developing and executing social media calendars, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency in all communications.



The role also includes conducting market and audience research, managing community engagement, responding to queries or comments, and optimizing content for reach and conversion. The Executive will collaborate with designers and product teams to produce transparent, compliant, and engaging content that supports Neowise’s positioning in the fintech and debt recovery space.

Qualifications

- Strategic marketing skills, including Market Planning and Marketing, to design and execute effective social and content campaigns.
- Strong analytical abilities in Market Research to understand audience behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Excellent Communication skills to create clear, engaging, and compliant content across channels and interact with internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes to align content and social media efforts with lead generation and revenue goals.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, content management tools, and basic analytics (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google Analytics, social media dashboards).
- Ability to write and edit marketing content in en_US, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services marketing is an advantage.
