About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator / UGC Creator who can build a high-volume pipeline of fresh, authentic and engaging content across our stores, customers and teams.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with shooting, creating and editing content independently, have a robust understanding of Instagram and YouTube, and be able to identify trends and turn everyday moments into engaging social content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create UGC-style, raw and authentic content across stores, customers and internal teams.
- Shoot and edit high-frequency content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Capture customer testimonials, store experiences, employee/staff-led content and day-to-day retail moments.
- Identify ground-level trends, social formats and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Develop short-form content including Reels, Shorts, testimonials and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work closely with social media and content teams to provide regular content inputs.
- Maintain and organise a content bank/library for quick turnaround and regular publishing.
- Stay updated on emerging Instagram/YouTube trends, formats,



sounds and storytelling styles.
- Ensure consistent inflow of fresh content from stores, customers and teams.
- Support content ideation, scripting and execution as required.

What We Are Looking For

- 2-5 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Content, UGC, Video Content or Digital Content Production.
- Strong social media and video editing portfolio with a focus on short-form content.
- Hands-on experience with shooting + editing content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form formats.
- Experience in D2C, fashion, retail, lifestyle, beauty or e-commerce brands preferred.
- Ability to create natural, relatable and trend-led content, rather than only polished brand videos.
- Strong visual storytelling and understanding of social media trends.
- Comfortable working on-ground across stores/events and interacting with customers and teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva or similar tools is preferred.
