From the careful inflation of the balloon to the flight itself, our professional crew creates protected, seamless and unforgettable experiences.
We’re looking for a Content Creator with an exceptional eye who can turn these experiences into beautiful, engaging stories.
✨ THE ROLE
- Capture balloon flights, festivals, guest experiences and behind-the-scenes moments
- Shoot high-quality photography, Reels, short films and stories
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Write compelling captions and brand-led storytelling
- Edit photos and videos with a premium, cinematic aesthetic
- Understand hooks, pacing, formats, trends, algorithms and audience engagement
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content
- Support live coverage, campaigns and special events
? YOU
- Have a strong instinct for beauty, composition, storytelling and visual restraint
- Know what makes content engaging and shareable
- Have skills in photography, videography and basic photo/video editing
- Understand social media trends, branding and digital marketing
- Are comfortable working outdoors during early mornings, evenings and changing weather
- Communicate confidently and professionally with guests and team members
- Travel, adventure or hospitality content experience is an advantage
- Relevant education in Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field is welcome, but your portfolio matters more than your qualification
Years of experience matter less to us than your eye. We’d rather see one extraordinary Reel than five average ones.
? WORTH KNOWINGBalloons fly at dawn and dusk, so this is a hands-on field role during the flying season.
