Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time hybrid role based in Bandra, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive footfall to the café. Day-to-day activities include conceptualizing content ideas, shooting photos and short-form videos at the café, editing visual assets, writing captions, and scheduling posts.

The person in this role will monitor trends, engage with the online community through comments and messages, and track basic performance metrics to refine content strategy. Collaboration with the café team for campaign ideas, product launches, and events is expected,



along with maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube/Shorts/Reels, including basic understanding of algorithms and platform best practices.
- Skills in photography and videography for café, product, and lifestyle content, with proficiency in mobile or camera-based shooting.
- Experience with visual editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, basic video editing apps) to produce polished posts, stories, and reels.
- Strong writing skills for captions, short-form storytelling, and brand communication that reflect the café’s tone and values.
- Interest in specialty coffee, café culture, and food & beverage trends, with willingness to learn about coffee products and processes.
- Organizational skills for planning content calendars, coordinating shoots, and meeting posting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort engaging with online audiences, responding to messages and comments, and representing the brand in a professional, inclusive manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Bandra regularly, with flexibility for some remote content planning and editing.
- Previous experience in social media, content creation, or marketing for consumer brands is beneficial but not mandatory.
