Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket for a Social Media Associate/Executive (Fashion Brands). The role involves planning and creating engaging social media content across platforms, including posts, stories, short videos, and campaigns that highlight Crepdog Crew’s sneakers, streetwear, and partner brands.

The Social Media

Associate/Executive will manage daily posting schedules, monitor comments and messages, and support community management to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement. They will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute social media strategies, track performance metrics,



and suggest improvements based on trends and audience insights. The role may also involve on-ground coverage of in-store events, product launches, and collaborations to generate real-time content.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and audiences.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills to develop visually appealing and compelling captions, posts, and stories.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing and Social Media skills to manage platforms, grow audiences, and optimize engagement.
- Familiarity with fashion, sneakers, and streetwear culture is highly beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of visual tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands, is a plus.
