Key Responsibilities

- Manage the university’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

- Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels, videos, and other digital content.

- Cover university events, seminars, workshops, student activities, achievements, and celebrations.

- Coordinate with faculty, departments, students, and management to collect relevant content and information.

- Photograph and record videos during campus events and activities.

- Edit basic photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.

- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and other social media interactions and respond professionally.

- Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.

- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and content strategies.

- Support admissions, branding, events, and promotional campaigns through social media.

- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies when required.





- Ensure all published content follows the university’s branding and communication guidelines.

- Monitor competitor and industry social media activities and identify relevant content opportunities.

- Maintain an organized digital library of photographs, videos, graphics, and other content.

- Perform other marketing and communication duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.

- Fresh graduates with solid social media and content-creation skills may also be considered.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.

- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.

- Proficiency in Canva and/or other creative design tools.

- Ability to write engaging and grammatically correct captions and content.

Pay: ₹10,068.24 - ₹25,000.00 per month
