We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Growth professional who can take ownership of our social presence and help build a strong, recognizable brand.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels and stories.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the GrowBro AI brand.
- Research trends, topics, hooks and formats relevant to our audience.
- Write scripts, captions and creative content.
- Work with the founders and team to create founder-led and product-focused content.
- Manage the complete content process from ideation and scripting to shooting, publishing and performance analysis.
- Track social media performance and improve content based on results.
- Build and maintain GrowBro AI's brand voice and online presence.
- Experiment with new content formats and growth strategies.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form video content.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Positive communication and storytelling skills.
- Robust understanding of hooks, audience retention and CTAs.
- Ability to independently ideate, create and execute content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut,



Premiere Pro or similar tools is a plus.
- Understanding of B2B, SaaS or AI content is an advantage.
- Proactive person who takes ownership and does not need constant instructions.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and handling multiple responsibilities.

Work ScheduleMonday to Wednesday: Work from office

Thursday: Work from home

Friday: Work from office

Saturday: Work from home

Although the position is listed as on-site, Thursday and Saturday are designated work-from-home days.

You will be required to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities. You should be comfortable coming on camera, creating content and executing tasks without needing step-by-step supervision.

Important Before ApplyingPlease do not apply if you are not comfortable coming to our office regularly from Monday to Wednesday and Friday.

This role requires someone who is genuinely comfortable being in front of the camera, creating content, taking initiative and independently getting things done.

We are looking for someone who wants ownership, responsibility and the prospect to grow with a startup.

What You GetSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month, depending on experience and capability.

You will work directly with the founding team and get hands-on exposure to social media, content, branding, SaaS, AI, marketing and business growth.

This is not a role where you will only receive predefined tasks. You will be expected to bring ideas, execute them and take responsibility for the outcome.
