Role Description The Social Media Manager (SMM) and Content Creator will manage TalesByDora’s social media presence across platforms, including planning content calendars, creating engaging posts, and responding to audience interactions. This full time role involves producing travel-related content such as captions, reels, stories, blog snippets, and visual assets that align with the brand voice and marketing goals. The position includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights, collaborating with the travel team to showcase upcoming tours and offers,



and supporting campaigns and promotions.

The SMM and Content Creator will also stay updated on travel and social media trends to propose new ideas for audience growth and engagement. This is an on-site role based in Ghaziabad.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media management, including content planning, platform handling, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in content creation, such as writing compelling captions, short-form copy, and visual storytelling for travel audiences.
- Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design and video editing for social media posts, reels, and stories.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, interpret insights, and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a strong interest in travel, tourism, or lifestyle content.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Ghaziabad.
- Relevant education or experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
