Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site project execution, coordinate work crews, and ensure quality installation standards. In this role, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations, taking accurate site measurements, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Operations & Supervision

- Oversee day-to-day site execution, installation, and assembly according to approved layouts, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct precise site measurements, site inspections, and structural checks prior to material delivery and installation.
- Assign tasks to skilled labor, carpenters, technicians, and sub-contractors, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality craftsmanship.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines, site hygiene, and structural installation standards.

Material & Inventory Management
- Verify incoming material deliveries against purchase orders, delivery challans, and technical specifications to ensure correct quantities and defect-free items.
- Track inventory levels at the site, prevent material waste or damage, and request top-ups or replacements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate material handling, safe storage,



and waste clearance in office.

Vendor & Client Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between the internal management, design/engineering team, vendors, and clients during site visits.
- Provide routine project updates, photo logs, and work progress reports to project managers and clients.
- Resolve on-site technical issues, layout mismatches, or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct final site walkthroughs, complete snag lists, and manage official client handovers upon project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision, interior execution, fit-outs, or modular installation project sites.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, 2D/3D layouts, blueprints, and site execution plans.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills to resolve unexpected installation or site challenges efficiently.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel across client sites within the regional area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
