Job Title: Site Supervisor

Department: Construction / Civil / Painting Works

Location: Project Site

Reports To: Project Manager / Contractor

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to drawings and specifications, maintaining quality and safety standards, and completing projects within the scheduled time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction, civil, and painting activities at the site.
- Allocate work to workers and monitor their performance.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Check the quality of materials and completed work.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Maintain daily site records, attendance, material usage, and work progress.
- Monitor material requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Follow and enforce site safety rules and procedures.
- Identify and report site issues, delays,



or quality problems to the management.
- Take measurements of completed work when required.
- Ensure the site is kept clean and organized.
- Complete assigned work within the agreed schedule.
- Handle basic client/site coordination when required.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, civil, or painting supervision preferred.
- Good knowledge of site work and construction materials.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.
- Ability to maintain basic records and reports.
