Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed according to the assigned schedule.

- Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their daily performance.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

- Maintain daily attendance, shift records, production reports, and work progress reports.

- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

- Coordinate with the Manager, HR, Purchase, Maintenance, and other departments.

- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the workplace.

- Report daily activities, work progress, and operational issues to the reporting manager.

- Monitor material availability and avoid unnecessary wastage.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
