Key Responsibilities Supervise daily flooring and finishing activities at site Coordinate with workers, subcontractors and site engineers Check site measurements and work quantities Ensure proper tile, granite, marble, Kota, epoxy and other flooring works Check levels, alignment, slope, joints and finishing quality Monitor material requirements and usage Maintain daily site progress and work reports Coordinate with clients and engineers during site execution Ensure work is completed according to drawings,



measurements and instructions Identify site issues and report them to the senior engineer Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices Requirements ✅ Diploma / BE / B.Tech Civil preferred ✅ Fresher to 2 years experience ✅ Interest in learning flooring and finishing works ✅ Basic knowledge of construction/site work ✅ Positive communication and coordination skills ✅ Own bike is mandatory ?️ ✅ Valid driving licence is mandatory ✅ Willing to travel to different project sites in Chennai ✅ Ready to work in site conditions Skills to Learn / Develop Tile laying & finishing Granite & marble installation Flooring measurements Level & slope checking Material estimation Labour coordination Site execution * Quality checking
