: Site Supervisor The Company:

(HINCOL) is a 50:50 Joint Venture Company promoted by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, a major National Oil Company in India & Colas, SA France (Bouygues Group), Leaders in Road construction and Transport Infrastructure. Set up in 1995, the Company is engaged in the Business of manufacturing & marketing Bitumen Speciality Products like Cationic/Anionic Bitumen Emulsions, MS/SS Emulsions, Cut-back, Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen, Polymer Modified Bitumen, Road Bond, Bituclair, etc. It undertakes Road maintenance works like Micro surfacing & Slurry Sealing. HINCOL has been actively promoting technologically superior Products for Road construction Industry.

The Products manufactured by the Company find wide acceptance in India.

The Position:

HINCOL owns and operates 10 strategically located ISO 9001/ ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified Plants across India & 2 Bitumen Terminals in West Bengal & Karnataka. As Site Supervisor,



you will be responsible for the overall site execution and also carrying out the measurement of executed work by applicator and certification of the same from client. The position reports to Site Engineer and involves working in shifts. The Place of posting shall be in any of project sites.

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the surface is kept ready for paving and adequate & proper manpower is available during the execution of the job
2. Coordinating with client / local authorities like for ensuring smooth execution of the different projects
3. Maintaining documentation and control procedures as per SOP and IMS standards
4. Ensure safe working workplace at the job site by following all safety procedures
5. Managing the stock inventory
6. Ensuring that the surface is ready for opening the traffic

Qualification:

Diploma in Civil Engineering (full time)./
