Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karur.

The Site

Supervisor oversees daily construction activities, coordinates workforce and subcontractors, and ensures work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, maintaining site records, managing materials and resources, and reporting issues or delays to project management. The role also involves conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, and supporting timely project delivery.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily construction activities effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, project plans, and technical specifications.
