JOB VACANCY – Site Supervisor for Civil Project

Agrani Realtech Private Limited is looking for a Civil Engineer to join our project team in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

- Job Type: Full Time – Site Based

Qualification Relaxation: Candidates having more than 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site work may also be considered, subject to their experience and suitability for the position.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements.
- Monitor the quality and progress of civil works.
- Take site measurements and maintain proper measurement records.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and labour teams.
- Monitor construction materials, their availability, consumption and wastage.
- Check quantities and assist in preparation and verification of bills.
- Read and understand civil/structural drawings and identify site requirements.
- Coordinate with the client/site authorities regarding day-to-day work requirements.




- Maintain proper site documentation, registers and records.
- Ensure proper execution of work within the required time and quality standards.
- Report site issues and progress to the management.
- Perform other engineering and site-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement and billing.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle labour and coordinate with contractors.
- Good knowledge of site documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Ranchi.

Preferred: Candidates having experience in government/PSU projects, industrial projects, civil maintenance, construction or contracting works will be preferred.
