Role Description The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site in Tirur for residential and commercial projects. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating work crews, monitoring progress against plans and schedules, and ensuring that construction meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The Site

Supervisor will interpret drawings and specifications, allocate resources and materials, and report project status, risks, and issues to project management. The role also involves liaising with clients, engineers, architects,



and contractors, resolving in office problems, and supporting timely, cost-effective completion of each project.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices, including site supervision, building methods, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior design drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in coordinating labor, equipment, and materials, and monitoring daily work progress on construction sites.
- Understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes, with a commitment to safe work practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and site priorities.
- Proficiency with basic project documentation, site reports, and use of mobile/desktop tools for tracking and communication.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction management; prior site supervision experience is strongly preferred.
