An Interior Works Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site execution of interior projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating between designers, contractors, and Inhouse Teams.

Key Responsibilities

- In office Execution Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Ensure all work matches approved drawings and specifications.
- Quality Control Conduct inspections, check finishes and detailing, and enforce corrective actions for deviations.
- Project Coordination Work closely with designers, project managers, and contractors. Ensure timely material availability and resolve technical challenges.
- Timeline Management Track schedules, maintain daily progress reports, and prevent delays through proactive planning.
- Vendor & Labour Management Supervise contractors and labor teams, allocate workforce,



and verify work quantities for billing.
- Safety & Compliance Enforce PPE usage, conduct safety briefings, and maintain clean, organized site conditions.
- Documentation & Reporting Prepare BOQs, site records, and daily/weekly progress reports with photos/vid

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design.
- Experience: 2–5+ years in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, ability to read 2D/3D drawings.
- Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership.
- Languages: Hindi/Marathi for labor communication; English for reporting.
