Profile: Site Manager-ZLD-Surat-4.8 LPA

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant site execution/project management experience (Mandatory).
- Experience in industrial projects involving pumps, vacuum systems, process equipment, or related engineering industries will be preferred.

Roles:
- Manage and supervise project sites across PAN India.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
- Ensure work execution is carried out as per approved engineering designs and drawings.
- Coordinate effectively with vendors, clients, and the internal Projects Department.
- Assess site requirements related to equipment, materials, and manpower for timely project completion.
- Monitor availability and utilization of manpower at site and identify additional requirements.
- Report site progress, challenges,



and resource requirements to the reporting manager and Projects Department.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Resolve site-level coordination issues with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation and submit regular site progress reports.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. (Mandatory)
- Robust knowledge of Pumps, NEE, and NVR systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and approved designs.
- Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India.
