Hiring for Sr Site Operations Specialist (Event Coordination) for Bangalore location!!

Strong in Event Management & Coordination, Facility Operations, Workplace Operations, Administration activities.

Client: Fortune 50 MNC into Innovative Medicine (pharmaceuticals) and Medical Technology

Location : Bangalore, Kadubeesanahalli - Helios Business park

Exp: 4-10 Years of relevant Experience

Tenure : 6 Months contract through Randstad Payroll (Extendible & Convertible based on Performance)

Timing : 12PM to 8:30PM

Mode: Hybrid - 3 Days Office

Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds, First Round Face to Face

Position Summary

This role is responsible for implementing meaningful employee engagement programs and maintaining transparent communication channels across the functions. Additionally, this role is instrumental in coordinating all activities related to Business Continuity Management (BCM) for GS. By conducting analyses, assessments, and developing strategies to identify and mitigate risks, the job ensures that the GS business can operate smoothly even in the face of disruptions. This proactive approach helps to minimize the impact of unforeseen events and maintain the continuity of operations.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

- Implement GS Employee Engagement Programs aligned with Global Engagement Strategy, managing logistics, communications, budget, and vendors for successful event execution.
- Execute communication channels and maintain Center distribution lists to foster transparency and keep employees informed about the Center (Home Page, Newsletter, Yammer, Video Display Board, New Joiner Site Orientation, etc.).
- Execute and maintain all BCM cycle activities for GS, including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Recovery & Testing strategies, in partnership with GS Functions and leveraging the Fusion system.
- Conduct BCAW awareness campaigns every other year and ensure BCP training is up to date and assigned to GS employees with tracking and metrics.
- Implement Workplace Experience Strategies for secure and comfortable physical environments and access to modern and efficient technologies for GS employees and visitors, collaborating with FM, IT, EHS, and EHWB partners.
- Development and training, communicate and interact effectively with team members to broaden your network and develop credibility and trust.
